The 33rd Annual meeting of the Catalysis Society of South Africa (CATSA) will take place from 5 – 8 November 2023 at the Diaz Hotel & Resort in Mossel Bay in the Western Cape, South Africa. The Catalysis Society of South Africa through its conference aims to promote the advancement of catalysis amongst academia and the chemical industry in South Africa.

The conference in 2023 is themed “Catalysts transcending chemical and energy frontiers” and will bring together leaders and future leaders from academia, industry and government laboratories to discuss, disseminate information and share ideas on advancing theoretical and practical concerns in the field of catalysis and its application in energy conversion and the chemical industry. The organizers solicit contributions to the conference in the field of heterogeneous catalysis, homogeneous catalysis, electro-catalysis, bio-catalysis, and industrial catalysis.
